Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity.pl, we strive to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following order cancellation policy.

Cancel window

  • Order can be cancelled within 24 hours from its submission
  • To report a cancellation, please contact our customer support team during this time.
  • If the ticket is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will full refund to the original payment method

Cancel after 24 hours

  • Within 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment.
  • In this case, cancellation may not be possible

If the order has already been shipped:

  • You can refuse to accept the shipment upon delivery
  • Upon receiving the returned package in an undamaged state, we will refund the product value (“free shipping)

Important information

  • Refunds are processed to original method of payment
  • Shipping costs are not refundable in the following cases:
    • cancellations after 24 hours
    • refuse to accept shipment
  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, a charge may be applied handling fee (restocking fee)
