Order fulfillment (processing time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After processing and submitting the order, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking details for the shipment.

Delivery time (transit time)

Delivery time depends on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carriers, or periods of increased traffic.

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout all of Poland and to selected international countries. Delivery availability and times are displayed during order finalization.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you can monitor the shipment in real time.

Duties, taxes, and fees

All prices on nutricity.pl include applicable taxes and import fees, if applicable. In most cases, no additional charges will be incurred for delivery.

Damaged, lost, or incomplete shipments

If your order arrives damaged, lost during shipping, or incomplete, we'd be happy to help:

Damaged products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost shipments: If tracking is not updated or the package does not arrive on time, please contact our support department.
Missing products: Report missing products within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer free exchange or reshipment without additional costs.
