We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Conditions

Due to the nature of the products we sell (dietary supplements), safety and hygiene are our top priority.

Due to this reason, we accept returns only in specific cases.

Returns are accepted if:

The received product is damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the order.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return request will be processed within 30 days from order receipt

Returns not accepted if:

The product has been opened or used.
The product does not have its original packaging or proof of purchase.
The product is marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable”.

2. Return Procedure

To start the return process:

Send an email to [email protected], providing the order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a product image
Our team will review the submission and, in case of acceptance, will provide further instructions.
Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will process a refund or exchange.

Important information:

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds occur within the timeframe of 5–10 business days Since verification and is being implemented according to the original payment method.
