Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 500 mcg per quick dissolve tablet. Other ingredients: Mannitol, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid. Contains less than 2% of Beet Juice Color, Crospovidone, Natural Cherry Flavor, Sucralose, and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
For adults, take one (1) quick dissolve tablet up to five times daily. Place quick dissolve tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.
