Natural Astaxanthin (from Haematococcus pluvialis extract) 7 mg, DeltaGold Tocotrienols 10 mg, Ahiflower (refined Buglossoides arvensis) seed oil 150 mg, Phosphatidylcholine (from highly purified phospholipids) 460 mg. Directions
