- Vegan-friendly: Vegans and vegetarians are often lacking B12 because of a lack of plant-based food sources. Our vegan vitamin B12 supplement is made using fermentation to provide a source of vitamin B12 for those who don't eat meat
- Potent & Bioactive: Provides a high potency 1000 mcg dose of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (methylated B12, methyl B12) - a naturally bioactive, MTHFR-friendly form of the vitamin, which the body can use directly without conversion
- Whole Food Complex with Organic Spirulina: Spirulina is a rich, plant-based source of natural B vitamins, protein, and minerals like copper and iron. Those with a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle are often low in these as well
- Premium Quality: These NATURELO vitamins are Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Vegan & Vegetarian, with NO Coloring, Flavoring, or Preservatives. Experience the NATURELO difference today!

NATURELO has a unique approach to formulating our supplements — we always use the cleanest most bioavailable ingredients whenever possible so that you can get the most benefit from each supplement.
We seek out plant-based nutrients which means sourcing vitamin E from sunflowers (instead of synthetics), Vitamin D from lichen (instead of animal based lanolin which comes from sheep grease!) and Calcium from marine algae (instead of cheaper calcium carbonate which is actually made from rocks!)
If that isn’t enough, we also boost our supplements with proprietary blends of organic fruits, vegetables and botanicals for an extra source of real whole food nutrition. Like organic broccoli, carrots, blueberries, kale, spinach, heart healthy turmeric, immune boosting mushrooms... we could go on and on and on...

Energy Support
Vitamin B12 supports cellular energy production and helps form healthy red blood cells to deliver oxygen to the body and brain for mental and physical energy.*
Mood Support
Vitamin B12 supports healthy brain and nerve function and helps produce neurotransmitters that are important for a healthy mood, such as serotonin and dopamine.*
Heart & Eye Health
Vitamin B12 helps regulate levels of homocysteine, a compound that’s linked with increased heart health and eye health risks.*
You May Be Low in Vitamin B12 If:
You’re Vegan or Vegetarian
Vitamin B12 in its bioactive form is naturally found only in animal foods, putting vegans and vegetarians at greater risk of vitamin B12 deficiency.*
You’re Getting Older
Age-related changes in the gut can make it harder to absorb vitamin B12 from food, putting seniors at greater risk of vitamin B12 deficiency.*
You Have Gut Health Issues
Conditions that affect the small intestine, such as Crohn's, celiac disease, or bacterial overgrowth, can interfere with vitamin B12 absorption.*
